Over half of all murders in the USA go entirely unsolved. And far more than half of murders between people who have no social connection go unsolved.
A person could become something of a serial homeless/poverty killer and would more than likely get away with it.
Just try not to use a gun. If you use a gun, the media will use that to push more "gun control".

I used to say: "I can do more for the homeless epidemic with a single death than anyone else could with a multi-million dollar campaign." Once homeless/poverty people start dying, word will spread and they'll scatter like rats.
