I have no idea what they're talking about. Maybe cutting off Obama era funding/training to ISIS? Syria had already won the war with Russia's help by the time Trump was elected. Trump repeatedly tried to inflame things by attacking Syria and Iran. There will never be lasting peace in the middle east so long as Israel/US keep agitating.
