No. They are not born "female" they are born genetically male with XY chromosomes. More accurately is that they have a developmental condition of the gonads and overall reproductive system. Good news, they generally develop functional parts by puberty. This whole bullshit of "women who turn into men! See! Gender is something that changes!" narrative.
