Maybe. I lost water weight but trying to stay under 50 grams a day was a huge pain. I bought stuff like cottage cheese but the wrong kind apparently as it had too many carbs and ended up throwing it out. Even a bag of frozen broccoli and leafy greens had enough carbs to make an impact when the max was so low. Plus eating burgers with lettuce for a roll, just whole thing felt like a retarded PITA.

I see. When I started keto, I just did steaks with some vegetables, then I cut out of the vegetables, so I can't really say anything except that I eat fatty meats (beef or pork) exclusively, with salt, and drink water, and that's when I lose weight and feel my best. All the other keto stuff that is on the market now that is trying to capitalize on the keto fad just makes a simple diet really complicated. I don't bother counting carbs because I don't have any to count.

Yeah I was going camping and couldn't figure out food to take with me unless I bought Pemmican online which was also expensive and wouldn't arrive in time anyway and the whole thing just pissed me off.

I always counted calories so basic macro splits I can do off the top of my head since I always eat the same stuff. Eating steak all the time with no vegetables or fruit felt unhealthy to me, I assume you're taking multi-vitamins to get everything you're missing?

No, a ribeye steak has everything that a human body needs. There is no need for supplementation.

You can do the same thing with ground beef for less money, or find other cuts of beef that are cheaper but still have a high fat content, but you'll want the high fat content to feel satiated and to have energy.

You might experience some loose stool for a month or two. Your gut bacteria will need to get used to processing your new diet.
