Why would you ask a forum full of autists and Jews when google will spit up answers by people who actually have some expertise on the matter? Do NOT listen to the advice you've received here. Some of it is terrible and the problem is that you can't tell which is good and which is bad. Do a little research on your own and shortly you will have a list of best practices for coffee storage. But one thing that you must do is stop grinding your coffee in advance. Fresh ground is imperative for good coffee. A reasonable quality burr grinder can be had for as little as $40. Do yourself a favor and invest in one. Then do the research and learn how to store coffee.
