Private business ownership was encouraged. The people did not own the means of production. Farmers weren't telling factory workers how to run their business. Germany reserved the right to nationalize businesses if they were no longer working in the best interests of the country, and laid out guidelines that prevented domestic companies from working against the best interests of the country. It was wildly successful, largely because there was strong national unity and the government was not corrupted by outside influence. This is because the Germans were tired of decades of degenerate weimar bolshevism and because of the rules they set up to prevent companies from behaving parasitically on behalf of foreign interests, respectively. German people are also highly punctual, orderly, have a militant work ethic, and have high IQs, which is why they've been attacked relentlessly ever since the dawn of Rothschild imperialism. At least up until the cullings around WW2, they made terrible subjects for transnational powers.
