Except that I remember looking it up myself in word, setting the font and verifying the image, even telling others to do the same. Would have been around 2006.

Same here, early high school it was a thing and everyone saw for themselves. A plane and two towers. I’m wondering if Gates changed it to stave conspiracies.

I distinctly remember a rumor going around about the one of the flight numbers being something like "Q33NY," which is where the plane and "towers" wingding shit came from. That obviously wasn't true... But I remember being a kid and running to the computer to type that in and being like whoaaa...
