Let's be honest, peace flag sucks. It's like it is with the Brits. They've got the Union Jack, which is the most beautiful flag that's ever been designed, and then they've got some other flag nobody knows or cares about.

Yes. Civil flag does not mean "peace flag". It means an institution is controlled by civilians and not the military. Thus the designs highlighted throughout the first article you linked. The only mention of the "peace flag" is mentioned at the beginning with some obscure quote from 2015 about the state of Michigan recognizing it as the peace flag. This is retarded and spreading fake information. As others have pointed out, there's a reason why no one knows about this. Because it isn't real.

It's not real. Though it is pretty funny how believable this is, since the U.S.A. hasn't been at peace in living memory, and likely never will be again.
