Pretty high cost of living and a shit government. Id do Peru if I was going to SA. They may be all native, but they actually give a shit about their surroundings and being clean. Just Google what their slums look like. Perfectly clean, and they are always working to improve their situation.

I've never been to Peru. At least I do not think I have. If I did, I was passing through.

The corruption and instability in Peru seems so bad that it is a place I do not want to visit.
