You know when you’re sick and you can’t sleep because you can’t breathe through your nose. But you try to blow your nose and it’s empty. It’s like your nasal passages are shut or something? Take a long hot shower. I get real mad when I can’t sleep but that shower every 5 hours seems to fix it. Really long. Really hot. Yea you think you don’t need this information but when you use it and you finally get to sleep you’ll thank me. Fuck all those nasal inhalers this actually works. Dealing with this shit all night. Let the water burn you let it hit you in the face breathe in lots of steam

I use distilled water for everything. Good advice though, don't use river water in your neti pot.

An apothecary or a tea house or farmers market probably will have them. Mullein is excellent for respiratory shit. So is black pepper. Licorice thins the blood so reduces nasal inflammation.

If you can get this shit in natural form find natural black licorice candy and put a shitload of black pepper in some hot water and drink it.

Those vaporizers as a kid really helped. Had a Vick's Vaporizer growing up and we would put a glob of "Vick's" in a depression on top and fill the container with water it would vaporize the water and heat/melt the "Vick's". Put your head over that for 10 minutes and the stuffed nose would get cleared up completely from the menthol steam.

First off, a steam humidifier does this with out standing in the shower. Second, you can put distilled water in one of those versus public chlorine/fluoride water fumes.
