It depends on what you define as spam/slide.

Poal is pretty clean regarding spam and sliding is also taken care off when a new account without a previous history is flooding posts. It might not be obvious to most but a lot of effort is done to prevent Poal from becoming a circlejerk (typical shill tactic to drive away legit users).
