What when those accounts are used to target and disrupt subs? Or to bypass bans?

Mods of the subs can handle these, unless they are using several alts to flood/slide specific subs, which is a violation of the ToS

Or in attempts to dox people?

If you are making a reference to Simo, I don't see any attempt at doxing. He asked you a question, and you are free to answer or not.
