Depends on the org and the requirements (I can only speak to federal reqs), but the kool-aid I was referring to - I had to take screenshots and send them to my wife. Good for you! I did this back in '98 - because the company lied to me and turned out to be really shitty. I was married with 3 young kids then, so it was a huge deal for us. It amazes me how many people will stay in shitty jobs they hate and that compromise their values because they feel they have no choice. Financials and benefits are important, but should fall way down the list relative to your mental and spiritual health. Really liking your job is huge too, but having one you can at least tolerate seems to be the criteria today.
