I'm not sure of the solution for intentional "migration" of transplants to sway votes or fuck with the areas that they move to. Like, I do believe some Californians realize cali is dumb and gay and just want to escape. They should be allowed to do so, but maybe forfeit voting rights for several years and pay more taxes vs an instate resident relocating. Maybe even a high cost of living avg vs lower cost of living since it isnt just cali. I can tell stories of the calis I've met in various states, but they all still made money in cali and were looking to retire in low cost of living areas AND fuck with the locals in multiple ways. (Even the ones I thought were decent initially) Calis are worse than minorities in general because they have money that supports more minorities and know how to fuck with the public sentiment and work the legal system.
