Is 18 the age of majority or not?

You can argue that it isn't moral, but I have always thought these laws are silly. You're an adult BUT, you can't drink, smoke, gamble, own a pistol, or dance naked!

Sorry but Dont need a state to tell adults what they cant do that is not criminal.

The problem is often that we let them decide what is criminal at all.
