The conflict over sealing the entire border is far from compete, but Uncle Sloppy's kike lawyers are trying to prevent establishment of a legal precedent that makes it much harder for them to keep kikeing about the border.
Any one location could begin the conflict. It doesn't matter which one. The point is not where it starts; it's where it ends.
