Basically no winter at all in central MN. Lakes had open water in January, and very little snow. We had about a week of sub-zero temps, then highs in the 30's and. 40's. Not good for those who like winter sports and ice fishing. Very unusual.

Not in Texas but a warm February like this almost always guarantees a cold March and April.
