Yeah, They nearly never see this but it is no excuse. Then again. A bunch of cali's moved there too so.. yeah, those people are fucking morons (not all of you, you have mountains too, calm down). Even where I am I try not to drive on the first new snow or even for a day or two after if I can. I am not worried about it at all. I can drive through frozen hell and have more times than I want to ever again but most people are stupid and can't drive if it rains slightly for 5 minutes.
