Something isn't passing the smell test with this one. The guy just goes and gets a gun and kills Waziri. Murder is a daily occurance in Houston because some of the worst people live there but this one seems off. I am thinking this was some payback for helping the Americans and someone who got paid off is telling the cops not to pursue it.
