Nice
Firearms are allowed in vehicles at schools only? Seems like if you ever need it, the parking lot is a "lifetime" away...
Tell me about the places you can carry in the classroom.
At least people with CCWs can carry to and from the school now.
It's confusing; it was legal since 2017... but school districts could still fire you for having it on the premises. This year they closed that bullshit loophole.
All gun laws are void. So it doesn't matter.
Most of the new laws are just knee-jerk bullshit.
All gun laws are void
I agree, they're unconstitutional - but void would imply they're toothless, and a law enforced that ends you in jail or fined (etc) after all judicial proceedings, is not void... it has been cast upon you with full effect.
On the other hand, if a law was not enforced, then it is void by reason of voluntary restraint by the state.
What have you done to test your hypothesis?
I've done much.
What have you done?
Correct. Anyone trying to enforce anything beyond the 2nd should be dragged out into the street and get one in the back of the head.
part-time legislature, 90 days every 2 years, not too shabby
That would make it a lot easier to keep track of what's going on.
Why does it feel like I just read the patch notes for a vidyagaem?
You cant buy cigs at 18? Wtf. I dont smoke them anymore, but if the government can enslave you to fight its wars... you should be able to do whatever the fuck you want. Some of this is good, but that is fucking retarded.
except for military personnel
My point was at any point the government can say 'fuck it', blow some shit up, start a major war and force me into the service. If I am adult enough to be canon fodder, I am old enough to decide if I want cigarettes. Active military is irrelevant.
Did you lobby your representatives for lowering or eliminating the age for purchase of tobacco products where you live?
