It's not supposed to make sense, because it's obviously retarded. The purpose is to separate you from the fuel, so that they can control your access to it. They will do or say anything to get you to comply with this, but only because they need you to comply with this, because they can not actually stop you from refusing them the control they're so fucking desperate to have. Even Trump, who was a weak and watery version of a half-assed Nationalist, scared the fuck of of them so bad that they're trying *anything* to get control of the polity to prevent someone else from being elected who actually has the best future for *real* White Americans as first priority.
