Well plex is free, most vpns are a couple dollars a month. I like plex, if you have family they can access poor quality streaming for free or buy in and access multiple servers at normal resolution. I put a server in at home because I wanted more space, but I've got more than I ever wanted to watch and I might have 2 TB used?
