Apparently Twitter makes a thumbnail out of whatever is currently on the linked webpage, so the thumbnail can change after the tweet is posted.

Yeah and they recently dropped their legacy UI, so it broke all the websites that are relying on it to grab tweet's titles. (I fixed it a couple days ago)
