Sometimes, we view competition as a negative thing, but you must realize that this also means she's eager to qualify herself.
Even more than this, many women reveal interest in being playful, which often comes off as competitive. Her engaging in play with you, firstly, laments the roles at play. Secondarily, her wanting to compete also establishes your frame.

I can actually go in to this a little further:
Alpha behavior (I know, I know, just bear with me) is determined in many ways, but one particular way is that they aren't the first of a pair to begin the play, as Betas must initiate play in order for such an event to arise. This is quite clear in nature considering the dominating party requiring competition to establish his role (territorial disputes).

Anyway, someone being competitive with you isn't always bad. I didn't watch the video because I don't need advice, but I figured me adding this could potentially be of use to someone.

If you didn't watch the video, how do you know that your advice is offered with an understanding of the context of what's presented in the video?

I've watched enough of these videos, man.
I'm good.
