It’s awesome I love it. You use tea and the “scooby” ferments it so it’s slightly bubbly. I can’t describe the taste but it’s tea that’s fermented.

Yea. I looked at a few videos on youtube to get a better feel for this beyond the literature. It definitely looks interesting. Be sure to share what the smells are like. This scooby thing is a fungus, so I'm curious if it has a strong smell, mild, or a distinct odor.
