Anyone else from Poal doing this?

@BuddhasTorch is from what he says here. The more the merrier. Not too late to knock out the initial test (voat) to see where you are. I'll be posting my own numbers in a few minutes here. (voat)

Guess I'm not keen to interact on Voat, but if anyone wants to publically record their progress and rejoice in the failure/success of others here on Poal (or Phuks), that sounds fun.

I was thinking of something simple like posting and repeatedly editing a single comment in this thread to record days/weeks completed. I'm not going to record the actual number of pushups I can do. For example, something like

5 Nov, Week 1, Day 1,2,3

12 Nov, Week 1, Day 1,2,3

19 Nov, Week 2, Day 1,2,3

26 Nov, Week 3, Day 1 ....

Sounds fine to me. I've no problems xposting as this progresses and folks can post their numbers here on poal.

I'm not too keen on posting to Voat either. I'll keep things on Poal

The first pushup training program/challenge I hard charged through on the initial test knocking out forty or fifty pushups and went straight to week three. This time around I knocked out a reasonable 35 before experiencing some ear pain on my initial pushup test which still put me up there with the hard chargers. However, I want to do this for the full six weeks with the group, so I'll be working from week one day one and onward.

Week One, Day One, Column 3: 10 - 12 - 7- 7 - 9↑, Final set: 25

60secs, or one minute, breaks between sets.
