Well, it's been a while, but I figured I'd kick up the first group workout since Voat shutdown. This time around, we'll be doing two exercises instead of one. Specifically, and Feel free to take the time you need to check them both out. They're both six week training programs, you do the exercises three times a week.

As always, if in the course of performing these exercises you experience any sort of physical pain, take it seriously. Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. Only join in if you know that you're physically able to do so. If you want to receive mentions of new posts, either comment with the results of your initial squat and/or situp tests, or just say you want to be kept in the loop as new posts occur. I'll be posting my initial test results this Wednesday.
