In my experience, friendships are way overrated. Had plenty when I was young, and none since moving here (about twenty years ago), so I've seen both sides. I much prefer life as a recluse. I can dress as I want, be as gloomy as I want, do and say whatever the hell I want. Looking back, I can well see friendship comes at a price, and self-censorship is a bit much for me. To each his own.

Idk, bout all that. Go hunting. It's sometimes about shooting shit but more often than not the time is just spent discussing life. You don't go fishing for the fish and you don't go hunting w/ friends for the deer. It's also sometimes just a party where we hang out and fire everyone's latest acquisitions. People like to act like 1,000 rounds is a lot hanging out w/ friends.
