Because after getting up at dawn, getting ourselves and the children fed and dressed, loading everyone up in the car...we walk back into the house to tell our husbands we are all ready to go, only to find out our husbands have to poop, at that exact moment...and it can't possibly wait for 10 or 20 minutes.
