Its not that its your lack of willingness to communicate and banning a user without explanation and on top of that reposting the same video minutes later all without being willing to communicate your reasoning. I expect moderators here to be willing to communicate with users if you are unable or unwilling to communicate with users then I don't see how it is possible for you to be an effective moderator.
Edit: I like popps videos, and I watch them quite a bit. I respect the guy and I suspect he wouldn't want to act as a moderator and refuse to actually engage with the people who are viewing and posting/commenting in the sub.
Edit2: Notice I moved the post to and you didn't remove it again for being a repost? That too me looks like a double standard. People in positions of power must be held to the same standards they hold everyone else too.
