It's the end of the work week and the weekend is tomorrow. Hopefully those of you healthy enough to do so have been knocking out at least one pull up and one pushup.
A good few of you used this as an opportunity to knock out a single push up and a single pull up. Others saw it as an opportunity to share their workout for the day to encourage others to push themselves further. 's continued diligence in posting despite the outages of the site and cross posting are incredible.
As always, the only challenge now is to perform one push up and one pull up today. If you're injured or recovering from an injury, prioritize healing. No need to injury yourself further.
