Giving the weekend to focus on other things than this particular posting because on his end. You all should give it a read.

I knocked out my one pull up and one pushup with my morning warm up. Those of you healthy enough to do so have hopefully been knocking out at least one pull up and one pushup. Those of you with injuries have hopefully been letting yourselves rest and recover.

A good few of you understand that this is an opportunity to stop tossing out excuses regarding exercise that leave you to believe that there are external reasons preventing you from accomplishing a single push up and a single pull up. To that end, I bounced the idea of changing from the daily post to making a sticky post every week for one pushup and one pull up past both the and subverse bosses. They liked it, so what we're going to do when we knock into the 60th day of this is make a single sticky post every week then onward encouraging folks to perform one pushup and one pull up. I figure we can split it up with Native doing one week with myself doing the other. Maybe Native does odds, while I do even week posts. We'll see about doing a virtual coin toss or something to decide who gets what.

As always, you're free to do other workouts, but that will be a repeated minimum for us all to knock out. Once again, I wanna thank for prompting the sub to meet this particular challenge. The only challenge for you is to perform one push up and one pull up this day. If you're injured or recovering from an injury, prioritize healing. No need to injure yourself further, but if you're otherwise physically capable, the goal is to stop rationalizing not exercising and simply do one push up and on pull up. That's it.
