That's dangerous because Chinese (especially those from northern provinces) are known for spitting all the time, especially in winter.
The viruses survive in saliva and mucuses expelled on different surfaces others might touch (floor, walls, door handles and light/elevator switches...) and then scratch their faces.
So, yeah, that's how dangerous.
It's never a good idea to underestimate anything
I spit too when I get some shit, still better than swallowing loads of germs over and over again. And yeah it does the trick. It's rare when I catch shit and last time I did it lasted 3 days or so, without meds. But that's no chinese medic whistleblower killer virus. The dude is dead https://www.thedailybeast.com/coronavirus-whistleblower-dr-li-wenliang-died-a-powerful-martyr-for-free-speech-in-china and he looked fairly in shape, he wasn't an old fart.
Measures china took are a first historically, and it costs them a leg economically and socially speaking, and it's deemed worth it apparently
So yeah, regardless of what "experts" say, it's pretty bad, you don't need an engineer to figure that out
t's never a good idea to underestimate anything
I agree, as well as fear mongering.

He got infected while investigating the symptoms before he realized it was a coronavirus.
he looked fairly in shape, he wasn't an old fart.
Looked, but since we know nothing if he had past conditions, jumping to conclusions is not a good idea.
He's dead
How bad?
That bad
Numbers out of china = the joke
