There are smart people out there, who understand the situation and say "fuck it", but those are just a tiny minority, when compared to the masses of thirdworlders, who simply don't understand what this social distancing stuff is for.
I mean, whatever floats your boat. But those "distancing" rules seems very arbitrary, why 6 feet specifically? Am I supposed bring a fucking tape measure with me everywhere I go now?
Yeah, Corona-Chan (unfortunally) is little more than the flu, so this social distancing stuff is bullshit. IMHO the governments are abusing an innocent virus-chan to condition the populace for an increase in slavery. That's why intelligent individuals don't comply.
However, understanding those rules and the (wrongful) reasoning behind them requires a certain intelligence. When someone fails to comply, while he lacks the cognitive skills to understand said reasoning, I'd assume, that he doesn't comply out of stupidity.
It's the old midwit-problem. Stupid and smart people often come to the same conclusion, while the midwits are the ones who are shearing out, because they're smart enough to be indoctrinated, but not smart enough to understand, that they're being indoctrinated.
However, stupid people outnumber the smart ones.
