interesting thing in commonwealth countries..... might not have guns.... but do *ABSOLUTELY* have the right to self defence up to and including lethal force, we absolutely have the right to arrest police officers, and we absolutely have the right to arrest police officers interfering with a lawful arrest of one of their own, that is called 'Perversion of Justice' and is listed under our state summary offences act (misdemeanor) at this point in time, due to *their own* 'anti-fraternizing' laws, *every single police officer in victoria, australia, is now an outlaw* - they are *not* working within the law by any way shape or form, also, 'committing joint criminal offence' means that one police officer issues a 'fine' for not wearing a mask or anything covid related (not voted on by a full session of parliament into law, not included in summary offences or criminal act) is part of a joint criminal enterprise attempting to extort victorians into paying money for the priveledge of upholding their rights under the Human Rights and Responsibilities Act of 2006 (A law voted on and enacted by a full session of parliament which states, unequivocally, masks and lockdowns are *unlawful* - And then there is the Federal Biosecurities act of 2015 which *backs up* how unlawful all this is by stating unequivocally, you cannot declare a bioemergency if there is a treatment freely available, you cannot force a vaccination, you cannot force medical treatment without a biosecurities order, you cannot declare a pandemic over a treatable illness, Anyone not in the US, almost a guarantee you have the same laws. Start arresting Police officers. Take their guns off them. "For the purposes of bringing them to a court of competent jurisdiction" - if a recognised state or federal court will not try them for breaking those laws, then that court is no longer a 'court of competent jurisdiction' and therefore a new court will need to be created to deal with the issue until the judiciary decide to do their job. As it happens, one of our state er wotsits... boss judges i forget what we call em - attempted to state "yes, all the lockdowns are lawful" - WRONG - THAT IS NOT THE SUPREME COURTS JOB, THAT JUDGE IS ALSO NOW A CRIMINAL. The *law* says, clearly, its illegal. Its not grey. Its not a maybe, its not *outside* the law, its *NOT* the supreme courts job to override laws on the books, its their job to decide if something grey or outside law is illegal or something unique not covered happens, none of this fits those, the law states all of this is *ILLEGAL* and therefore the court *MUST* find in favour of the laws on the books or be at risk of being outlaws themselves and part of, a joint criminal enterprise.
