It's sapped our energy the past couple days, fortunately that's been the worst of it. No fever, nausea, vomiting, or any severe symptoms. There's been some coughing and congestion, but it's far from the worst we've gone through.

That sounds like my own recent experiences with mild congestion and fatigue, last 2 years (lockdown), thats all I've really had to deal with myself, I self treated with orange juice, Zinc and Magnesium tablets (cheap vits) and lots of fluids, tea, water, lemon juice, anything citrus, grape juice mixed with water. Basically a moderate cold/flu was my experience, didnt kill me or anyone else nearby.
I go out in public daily without a mask. The whole time since the start. Not dead.
