That's f ing insane. Things are worse than I thought.
They printed out YouTube comments. And only YouTube. With the video frame in the print out. But they didn't log in on age restricted videos, so there was no way to see what video it was, so there was no context. And there were no other comments even if it was a reply.
They are so inept.
They claim I had active warrants. I had a drunk in public over 4 years ago that I never got the summons for in the mail. That warrant was cleared directly with the sheriff's deputy over 6 months ago.
Then I was the one who called the cops for my housemate continually threatening and even assaulting me over multiple consecutive days over 2 years ago. The police never arrested him once even though I had video of him breaking down my door as I slept with a sledgehammer then attacking me with a hatchet and a knife. The police wouldn't even look at the video. I was the one who kept calling 911 multiple times each day because he kept doing it and the police did nothing. So of course after I moved out the cops had me charged. And of course Of never got the summons because I wasn't there anymore. The police charged me with annoying a cop by demanding they earn their wages. The first hearing is at the end of the month.
Oh, and yes, I still have most of the videos. I'm going to plop them down on the bench, tell the magistrate I was the victim who called for help, and the lying pigs wouldn't even look at the video then just walk right out.
That's banana republic stuff right there. Straight out of a 3rd world country like India. At least there if you bribe the cops, you can take care of it yourself.
Yeah, I basically tried to explain how they were idiots being used as stooges and one of them got flustered when I mentioned that I got my Facebook, again in my real name, banned recently (and they claim they can't send a secutoy code to my text messages to start the appeals process, claiming there was nan error, when in reality I get the recovery code in my messages so this is just a no appeal lockout) for spamming a YouTube link to GG Allin's Expose Yourself To Kids on every post on the San Francisco Gay Men's Choir page that still allowed comments. His eyes widened and his voice raised all shaky and starte dsaying shit about "THAT'S PEDO STUFF YOU CAN GET IN TROUBLE" and I'm like, yeah, it IS pedo stuff. Haven't you been listening. I spent nearly 30 minutes talking to him about how YouTube comments are the shitshow of the internet and he still couldn't get it. He's too far indoctrinated.
I made them leave at that point because he was too annoying. Which is similar to what I told him about mean things on the internet: if you don't like it just stop giving it any attention and get it out of your life.
edit: oh, yeah, I loudly sang the song while standing at the window as they left. You should have seen the visible emotion he was experiencing. It was glorious. All the other agents were close to pushing him away.
I wish I still had my copy of Ivan Denisovich with Solshenitsyn's letter to the Soviet Writers Guild in it. I would have gladly given it to him.
