It is incredibly easy to print your own.
They don’t get registered in your states database though.
I’ve found two places so far that provide real vax records and enter you into your states or countries database.
I have to email back to see how a booster shot would work, do I send it back and they update the card and enter the booster in the database or send a duplicate with the same info with booster or a new one with just the booster.

My neighbor's daughter volunteered at a Covid Vax site here in NJ. There was no database entry as part of the process.
You pulled up in your car and gave them your info which she jotted down on the card before handing it to you. You then were given a shot and told to pull to the side holding area to wait for ten or fifteen minutes in case of any immediate side effects. Then you went home. You brought the card with you when you went back for your 2nd shot.
I'm sure NJ wasn't the only state with a completely fucked up process.
You pulled up in your car and gave them your info which she jotted down on the card before handing it to you.
And that info is then entered up to three days later into the states database. The same as the covid tests and contact tracing.
If you don't have your vaccination card with you or lost it, you can easily access your record through the app to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as needed.
Docket is an app from the NJ Department of Health that makes it easier for you and your family to securely access your COVID-19 vaccination record.
If you lost your COVID-19 vaccination card, you can request your immunization record by visiting the New Jersey Immunization Information System (NJIIS).
Depends on what you need it for. Do you think stores will be checking the validity of vaccine cards in real time? Should be good enough for that.
And if we ever get to the point of all digital vaccine passports, well, all bets are off.
Not for stores, I’m talking employment.
Of course it is, China like the Jews, never let a money making situation go to waste..
