These people probably just have a very low concentration of virus in the throat.

It's almost as if people have an organ in the throat that captures airborne pathogens, cultures them, and then creates antibodies. Oh yeah we do have one it's called the tonsils.

It's like nature found a way to give us immunity without being sick, like a vaccine, except it works.
