"Hospitalization" numbers are everybody who tests positive, even if they have no symptoms and they're not at the hospital for anything even remotely related to the coof. They make everyone test before any procedure. You're at the hospital for outpatient surgery on an in-grown toenail and test positive? Boom! You're a covid hospitalization because you're at the hospital and you have the coof.
