If 1%-2% of the workforce is required to resign or is fired because of their refusal to be vaccinated, there are plenty of other people who would step into those old jobs, eventually. It's a sad state of affairs.

Statistically, they (the vaxxed) are dying at lower rates per week than the death rates per week before COVID-19 become a thing (meaning, the vaxxed are below the natural death rates for the population average before COVID-19 became a thing). Which means, probabilistically, no one out of 1,800 will die after receiving the vaccine. They are far more likely to die in the line of duty than to die of a vaccine injury.

I thought about this. The opposite might also be true. It may solidify their beliefs that they were right to get the vaccine and their "brothers" who refused are retarded. People love to get entrench in their thinking.
