I'd ask him to think for himself but the choices would overwhelm him and he's say fuck it and put the mask back on. The successful American professional, doesn't decide a thing so can't get blamed and agrees with whoever is highest ranked without fail. This is the type of person that is wasting oxygen without one original thought in his head just complying and wasting what little time he has. Pathetic loser. I get hate stares for my jokes all the time but I also get guilty laughter at times that makes it all worthwhile. Just be yourself and not a no thought tool.
