I had a few tablets that were obtained overseas by a friend of a friend, that got me thru my covid experience with no big issues. After that I've been using horse paste. Works fine apparently. I've taken ~15-20 doses of of it, hasn't killed me. I got out of the pasture once. 😄 Just kidding...
