When you wear ze mask, your lungs are unable to eject dead cells, and dust mites thrive in your lungs. This is the cause of "white lung". "shedding" is the infected coughing up dust mites.

Humans evolved eating bone marrow, meat, fat, organs and bones. Animals that eat bugs didn’t become human for a reason. Eating bugs is part of the beast system for a reason. Humans do not properly digest much of an insect carapace. And it is highly inflammatory. The only humans who ate/eat bugs are the extremely poor who cannot access enough large animals for meat and /or milk.
