Not happening. It's a total globohomo/ DOD run operation which purposely allows/ excuses EUA toxins and pathogens as 'counremeasures' with zero liabilty for any involved. Only way anyone is held responsible is to completely overthrow all the existing Global Agencies/ organizations as one, and purge the Judiciary, and remove all the decades of legalese involving various laws/ amendments/ Acts / local level compliance and guidance that eroded multiple legalistic 'safeguards' .. Ergo: not fcking happening.
