I hope all are well tonight. Unfortunately due to personal conflicts, I had limited time to write anything tonight, so let's turn to the good ol' Book of Psalms for guidance, so that we might remember that in these trying political times, God still reigns above the petty contrivances of those wicked men who plot to institute their own feeble will upon the world.
Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the LORD and against his anointed, saying,
“Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.”
The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them.
-Psalms 2:1
God's will, not ours, be done.
