Meat sauce. We ALWAYS use meat sauce with ours. Meatballs are ok, but meat sauce is better.

100% agree. I make a killer meat sauce with pork shoulder. Usually I buy a pack of the country ribs and stew those in some homemade sauce. Sometimes I add Italian sausage to it as well.
