Well since Africa has moved to Europe then move every white person to Africa and it's likely Europe will die off in a few years with a cold winter and a dead economy and no fuel ordered or ability to pay for it for heating then move back to Europe or the US. Though without politicians in Africa that are embedded like the EU or US the country might be better than where we left.
