The point I think the picture is trying to make is that we give a ton of money to Israel despite the average Israeli kike being far better off than even upper-class Americans

There is no upper class in the US, a single medical bill is enough now to completely destroy your life.

A good example is car insurance, it used to be that being at fault voided your ability to sue. The rules changed and now you can sue civilly even if YOU were the one who caused the accident.
