Exactly. Trying to sell a customer on the benefits of your product vs the competition is tough. Especially when people hold you to your (advertised) word.
Not talking about benefits at all and instead appealing to base emotion is much easier, with the added benefit of never getting caught lying about the product. It takes a dumb fucker to buy a product because of a snarky tweet or 30 second ad appealing to nothing but emotions.
